Collagerie @ Stew continued (LO1 & 3)



What struck me most about the Collagerie exhibition was the sheer range of work, even though they are all working in one particular way, with collage. There were so many different approaches and styles, it really shows that if you work with something and push it then you can achieve lots of different outcomes and development.
I have included photos of this work because I like the use of colour in the photos above, and the small injections really add interest to the work, and to the left the simplification and use of colour to denote a scene is an interesting way of working. Only contextualising with a tiny area makes these finished as opposed to just coloured backgrounds.
