My favourite work at the show was by Stacey Knight an ex NUA student. She make hand cut collages with handmade printed paper. I like the textures she achieves in her work and the simplification of how many textures / parts their are too buildings. This simplification makes them her own representation of the buildings rather than a photographic one. Her colours are pretty spot on though, this colour achievement is something I want to aim for in my work.
