At the moment I see my future contexts next year becoming something along these lines. Slot together or ornamental designs. Although these are candelabras I hadn't thought that far ahead with useage, but this does give me confidence that there is plenty that could be done with my new found material use.
This has wonderful colours, I really like the contrast between the two textures that make up this throw. Contrasting textures is something I would like to explore further in print. Or this could be a possibility for when I include wood with textiles techniques with things such as drill hole stitch.
Although wall art is one of the contexts I am more likely to enter into, those storage baskets are great, its a really interesting use of a material.
